Emergency call out for failed opening bedroom window - would not close. Staffs managed to close shut to keep safe. Quote given for new window. Surveyor came next day. Date arranged for replacement. Fitter arrived on time and the window was replaced. Workmanship was excellent.

I had my house fully double glazed today, to replace the existing single glazed windows. The fitters were competent, polite and well mannered. They did a great job and left the house clean and tidy.

Great experience from start to finish. Work was completed in a timely fashion. Fitters arrived on time and worked solidly throughout, ensuring they cleaned up after themselves, even checking with me when my work meetings were to minimise disruption! Due to the new bifolds, I was going to end up with missing flooring in the kitchen. They went above and beyond, and even replaced laminate flooring for me. Would recommend to others.

Once I had got in contact with Scott from Staffordshire Home Improvement he came and did the assessment for the new patio door to be fitted. From start to finish from order to completion was just over three weeks. The fitters turned up on time and were ready to start the job as soon as they arrived. Had the old patio door out and kept going until the job was completed all in three hours. Punctual. Polite. No fuss or faffing about. Just got the job done. Scott was really helpful throughout the process, was clear and upfront with pricing and how long the porch build would take. All of the contractors were friendly and professional and work was completed to a high standard, and cleaned up at the end of each day. I'm very happy with the service provided by Scott from start to finish. He heard about the quote I was given by a National supplier - for only 4 windows, and he was able to add most of my windows downstairs for the same price. I was impressed with both Pete and Harry, whom did the installation, I was always kept up to date in regards to when they will arrive, and during the process, they were both efficient, and friendly. Scott came around for an inspection to make sure I was happy, and advised me of any features about the windows I should be aware of. Very happy, and highly recommended.
